Toucan Suite / sleeps 4 guests.
Perfect for 2 couples travelling together or families with older children. Large sitting areas with furniture, screened deck & open deck overlooking gardens. Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, 2 full baths( one shower in an outdoor shower), 2 double bedrooms. This suite also has internet. (NO TV)If you have young children, you need to rent both suites

Low Season weekly rate is $ 1200

Please note that unless you rent both suites, there may be someone in the other suite. While this is rare, it does happen from time to time. This is an excellent budget rental on our wildlife reserve. We offer 4-5 day vacation rental specials from time to time as well as last minute specials (not available with more than 45 days advance notice). Specials are reserved for last minute and are meant to fill gaps between weekly rentals so are not always available. There are no cancellations with any refund if cancellation is made with less than 120 days prior to arrival. Cancellations with more than 120 days are refunded in full minus $250 administration fee and deducted any travel or other arrangements which were prepaid for you or for chef services.There are no cancellation refunds for any last minute or special rate reservations. Please note cancellation policy is as follows, for non holiday weeks with cancellation made more than
120 days in advance, there is full refund, minus $250 administration fee. For holiday weeks there is no cancellation unless we can fill
your week. We turn others down for holidays once we are reserved. If we can reserve another guest for your week for at least the rate you
paid, we might consider a full or partial refund minus a minimum $250 administration fee. Dates can be changed to a time more convenient
if you need to make changes and there is no administration fee for making changes of dates. If you have to cancel and the administration
fee is charged, you can apply that to a stay at a later date and reduce the rate. For large group reservations, there is no refund unless we can fillyour week(s)."
